Who We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or audit required
- Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or audit a plus
- 2–5+ years of experience with a public accounting firm or multinational company
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and client service skills

Types of Consulting Work You May Perform
Audit & Assurance Support
- Assist in planning and executing audits under U.S. GAAP
- Prepare audit documentation and workpapers
- Work with U.S.-based audit teams during busy season cycles
- Perform internal control testing and compliance support
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory filing requirements
- Support clients with audit readiness and year-end close activities
Accounting Operations & Month-End Close
- Reconcile accounts and perform variance analysis
- Maintain general ledger integrity
- Assist in month-end and quarter-end closing processes
- Help implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Technical Accounting Projects
- Support M&A due diligence and post-transaction integration
- Conduct financial analysis and assist with quality of earnings reports
- Contribute to project-based consulting engagements for private equity firms or corporate finance teams
Transaction & Advisory Work
- Support M&A due diligence and post-transaction integration

Systems & Process Improvement
- Assist with accounting system transitions or ERP implementations
- Help standardize and document accounting processes and procedures
